About Me

Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began dancing and tumbling at age 4 and continued dancing for nearly 20 years, studying ballet, jazz, and modern dance through college and into my mid-20s. I began formal gymnastics at 6, joined my club's competitive team a few years later, and competed until I was 16—then transitioned into coaching, which I continued until college.

After graduating, I took a meaningful step back from formal training to embrace my Yiddishkeit and focus on building a Torah-centered home and family. About 15 years ago, I returned to movement with renewed purpose and deeper perspective, becoming certified in yoga, fitness instruction, and personal training under the guidance of top educators in the field.

During that journey, I also went through physical injuries that forced me to slow down and listen more closely to my body. Working with physical therapists and movement specialists deepened my understanding of the body, alignment, healing, and strength from the inside out. It shaped how I teach today—with care, intention, and a strong focus on safe, sustainable movement.

Alongside my background in dance and gymnastics, I've also trained in yoga, swimming, strength training, and cycling—each one enriching my balanced and holistic approach to wellness.

Today, I have the privilege of teaching girls, teens, and women of all ages. Whether it's young girls discovering the joy of tumbling and dance, teens building strength and stamina or women and active older women reconnecting with their bodies through yoga and mindful movement—my goal is always the same: to help each one move with confidence, safety, and joy.

My classes are warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to support physical health, emotional well-being, and a lifelong love of movement.

May we all be zocheh to serve Hashem in good health and simcha—ad meah v'esrim!
