PRC Powercore kids classes are designed to meet children exactly where they are — physically, emotionally, and developmentally. Julie creates a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels welcome, capable, and excited to move. Through age-appropriate yoga, dance, and creative movement, children build coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love of physical activity.



Classes by Age Group
Each age group has programming specifically designed for their developmental stage.
Kindergarten / Pre-1A
Ages 4–6Our youngest movers discover the joy of movement through imaginative play, animal poses, creative dance, and interactive games. Each class is designed to nurture a love of physical activity in a playful, pressure-free environment.
Classes are 45 minutes long, with a gentle warm-up, active movement section, and calming cool-down. Small class sizes ensure every child gets personal attention and encouragement. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to move and have fun!

Grades 1–2
Ages 6–8Building on foundational movement skills, this class introduces more structured yoga sequences and dance combinations while keeping the energy playful and joyful. Students begin developing discipline and focus alongside creativity.
Classes run 50 minutes and include a dynamic warm-up, skill-building exercises, choreography or yoga flow practice, and a mindful cool-down. Students are encouraged to express themselves while learning proper technique in a supportive setting.

Grades 3–5
Ages 8–11Our most dynamic kids class challenges older children with more complex sequences, creative choreography, and leadership opportunities. Students build real physical skills while developing confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.
These 60-minute classes push students to grow while maintaining a positive, encouraging atmosphere. Students learn to set goals, work through challenges, and celebrate progress. Optional performance opportunities throughout the year give students a chance to shine.
