Gentle Movement

Beginner Friendly60 minutes

Low-impact movement combining gentle yoga, light stretching, balance work, and functional exercises. Standing and floor work with modifications for every level. Designed to maintain the everyday strength needed for independent living.

Balance & Strength

All Levels45 minutes

Focused practice on building the stability and strength needed for confident daily living. Specific exercises targeting the muscles and reflexes that prevent falls and maintain independence. Progressive — you'll see real improvement over time.
